The reservations policies for Silent Waters Villa are as follows:
Minimum rental of 2 nights is required in low season; minimum rental of 4 nights is required in high season; minimum rental of 5 nights is required for the Thanksgiving holiday and 7 nights is required for the Christmas and New Year holiday weeks. A reservation deposit of 25% of the rental rate is required within 3 business days upon guest's confirmation to book the villa, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is less than 60 days from initial booking date, payment in full is required at time of booking. Bookings during the Christmas / New Year Holiday Season require a reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate within 3 business days upon guest's confirmation to book the villa, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. A damage deposit of USD 2,000.00 is required for all bookings, payable at time of arrival at the Villa at which time the guest's credit card will be blocked for preauthorization of the charge. The preauthorization will be unblocked by the Villa promptly after the guest's departure, assuming that no damage is sustained during the guest's stay. All payments must be made by wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Silent Waters Villa reserves the right to cancel any reservation, without refunds, if final payment is not received by the due date, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM.
If the property is not reserved by other guests on the arrival date and / or departure date, an earlier check-in and / or later check-out time on the same date can be arranged without additional charge to the guest.
Smoking Policy: We require our guests' strict observance to our policy of no smoking in any guest suite, pavilion, dining areas and pool side area. The only area currently permitted for smoking is the open bar and gardens.
